LEGAL
Terms of Service
These terms govern business use of the Afro Intelligent WhatsApp automation platform.
Accounts and business responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, manage team access and notify us of unauthorised use. You are responsible for your workflows, offers, service availability, staff actions and communications sent through your workspace.
WhatsApp and Meta dependency
The service connects to Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta controls eligibility, verification, phone-number registration, message templates, delivery, rate limits and platform availability. Afro Intelligent cannot promise Meta approval or uninterrupted access and may adapt the service when Meta requirements change.
Automation and acceptable use
You must obtain required consent, honour opt-outs and comply with privacy, consumer-protection, electronic-communications and industry rules. You may not use the service for spam, deception, unlawful surveillance, fraud, harassment, malware, illegal products or attempts to bypass security. Businesses must review automation output and provide human oversight where appropriate.
Customer data
You retain responsibility for customer data submitted to your workspace and instruct Afro Intelligent to process it to provide the service. You must not upload information you lack authority to process.
Billing, subscriptions and payments
Paid plans, usage charges, renewal terms and taxes will be shown in an order or subscription screen. Fees are due as stated and may change on advance notice. Third-party payment providers process transactions under their own terms. Afro Intelligent may generate payment requests but does not hold customer funds unless separately agreed in writing.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, internet failures and force-majeure events may affect availability.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access for security risk, non-payment, unlawful activity, provider violations or material breach. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Termination does not remove obligations already incurred, and limited records may be retained where legally necessary.
Liability and legal review
The service is provided subject to applicable law and any written commercial agreement. To the extent legally permitted, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. This wording should receive professional South African legal review before final commercial launch.
