Acceptable Use

Prohibited activity

• Spam, deceptive messaging or contacting people without the required consent.
• Fraud, impersonation, phishing, malware or attempts to obtain credentials unlawfully.
• Discrimination, harassment, threats, exploitation or illegal goods and services.
• Uploading documents or customer data you are not authorised to process.
• Attempting to bypass tenant isolation, access controls, provider rules or rate limits.

Responsible automation

Businesses must review their flows, provide truthful information, offer an appropriate human handover and honour opt-out requests. High-impact decisions must not be made solely by automation where law or fairness requires human review.

Enforcement

We may investigate abuse, restrict affected functions, suspend access and cooperate with lawful requests. Report concerns to abuse@afrointelligent.co.za.
