Requesting deletion

1. Workspace owners can use the authenticated deletion form below.
2. For a specific record or if you cannot sign in, email privacy@afrointelligent.co.za from the address associated with the request.
3. Describe the account, workspace or information involved. We will verify your authority before acting.

We acknowledge verified requests and aim to complete eligible deletion within 30 days. Account deletion removes the tenant's workspace records, messages, conversations, automation settings, payment-connection records and private verification files. Limited non-identifying or legally required records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, disputes or statutory obligations.

Connected providers

Deleting Afro Intelligent data does not automatically delete information independently controlled by Meta, an AI provider or a payment provider. We will explain any provider step that remains necessary.
